It does what it is supposed to do. The brightness level of this light is exactly where it should to be. When you wake up at night and your eyes are adjusted to the dark it provides enough light so you can easily see where you are going. If your eyes are not adjusted to the dark, this does not provide enough light to see, but that is not what a night is for.

Oh my God, I enjoy the colors. It is so beautiful. I love it. My kids adore it. They cannot wait for it to become nighttime so they can have the multi Clcolors in their bathroom as they start to fall asleep. You're able to plug in anything you need on the same receptacle, the brightness is just. Perfect, because it's not too bright right and it's not too dim.

I bought some of these years ago and they are still working fine, so I recently ordered another two. They work well, but are a bit bright for a proper "night light". While the light is a deep red (which is good for staying relaxed), after you adjust to darkness, these things will kind of blast your eyes.
