Under UVA light, fluorescent paint, posters and neon colors glow while plain surfaces stay dark. The bulbs screw into E26 sockets. The bars and strip run on 5 volt USB.
A black light is not a room light. Plan on one UV source per corner of a party room, and keep a normal lamp for when the party ends.
