Most 100 watt equivalent LED bulbs are the larger A21 shape. This one keeps the smaller A19 size, so it fits lamp harps and enclosed fixtures that a big bulb will not. It draws 15 watts and gives 1600 lumens at 3000K.

While it's always hard to know quite how good LED bulbs will be since they are supposed to last for years, I would stay away from these. First, the packaging is poor. Two bulbs in a cardboard box with no divider or other interior packaging - just two loose bulbs that could easily break in transit.

Not a soft warm light. If you want a really bright yellow then this might be better but I was hoping to use it for a softer reading light

These power-out bulbs are Fantastic. Just put them into lamps or overhead ceiling lights like any other bulb so the internal battery will stay charged. Then when a power outage hits, they stay on for hours! If you don't have the light on when the power outage hits, it will turn on when you flip the switch.
